100-400 amp Breaker Panel Installations
We use Siemens circuit breakers that protect residential, commercial and industrial circuits and end equipment from overloads and short circuits. Siemens circuit breakers fit mostly every application requirement.

Settlement Electrical Inspections
We will completely evaluate current wiring in home, checking outlets, switches and lights. Recommendations for ground fault outlet locations to meet current codes.   Service cable evaluations, breaker box inspections, certificates for settlement or use and occupancy requirements. Certificates for FHA or HUD requirements. Certificates for local and city code requirements. Minor and major repairs made with inspection certificates

Electrical Consulting
D & D will design electrical blueprints for any size home project. D & D will layout outlet, switch and light locations to meet NEC and/or B.O.C.A. codes. D & D can assist homeowner with do-it-yourself projects with electrical tie-ins and electrical inspection. We will advise you of current city and/or township wiring requirements and placement. 

All work prices based on level of difficulty. Design of electrical systems based on energy consumption of household appliances and other electrical devices.

Pool, Hot Tub & Sauna Wiring
D & D will wire owner supplied hot tubs. Ground fault protection installed as required by NEC and local codes.

Outside weather proof disconnect switch installed as required for safety. D & D can repair existing electrical pool services or install a new system. We can install lighting with dimming available around new or existing pools.

Emergency Lighting & Generators
D & D Electric uses Winco's Packaged Standby Systems (PSS). Winco's PSS supplies essential emergency power for lighting, heating, air conditioning, refrigerator, and the special requirements of various applications. Each model consists of an indoor-mount automatic transfer switch with exerciser clock, battery trickle charger, a sound attenuated weather protective enclosure, engine, generator, controls and all the necessary components for a complete system. Every generator set and transfer switch is factory tested to assure efficient, dependable operation. Winco's PSS units operate on economical, clean burning L.P. or natural gas for quick, dependable starting and long engine life with less maintenance and reduced exhaust pollution.

Systems prices are based on size of home, size of generator, natural or LP gas and homeowner power appliance electric distribution. (dependent on the number of items to be supplied by emergency power).

Surge Protection
The typical household has many microprocessors that require surge protection. One circuit breaker/ surge arrestor protects all circuits in the house. The status of the surge protector is indicated by a red light when the surge protection is on.

Code Violation Corrections
D & D corrects code violations and makes wiring changes to meet currant years national electrical specifications. Ground fault outlets installed. Home electrical certifications and certificates are available. We perform inspections for electrical underwriter certification. Grounding and bonding of cold water system, gas system and ground rods as required by NEC and local codes.

High Reach Lighting
D & D will change lightbulbs and/or light fixtures on new or existing light poles, telephone poles and lampposts. Service work performed on residential or commercial buildings.

Security lighting laid out for optimal performance. Installation of ceiling fans or light fixtures in ceilings up to 22 feet.

Recessed lighting installed on flat or sloped ceilings. Cleaning of crystal and/or glass chandeliers.

We can install complete wood sauna systems from design, materials and installation of the smallest to the largest system. Pricing based on system desired.
